Introduction
This document defines the rights and obligations of the data controller and the data subjects in full compliance with the General Regulation on the protection and security of personal data (Regulation (EC) 2016/679) in force from May 25, 2018.
With this Privacy Policy we declare that we process the personal data in good faith and lawfully.

Your personal data
Admix as a data controller through https://www.zakvaski.bg processes the personal data of visitors and registered users for the purpose of executing orders, marketing communications and ancillary activities related to them.
Personal information is voluntarily provided by you when you place your order, sign up or subscribe to a newsletter on the website, search for products in the website, when you leave a message and comment, or when you communicate with Admix Ltd’s employees.
The information you provide to subscribe to a newsletter is: an e-mail address.
In order to fulfill an order for product, we need the following personal details: first name, surname, telephone, delivery address.

How, for what and for how long we use your personal data
User-supplied data is used by Admix Ltd. for order processing, providing information about the product, communication, promotional offers, newsletter, product and service recommendations.
Admix Ltd. may use this data and information for improvement of the platform, to avoid or prevent fraud or misuse to the detriment of the website, the data controller or of you as well as to allow third parties to provide technical support, logistics and other services for the website.
Through their newsletter subscription, users declare that they agree that the personal data they provide may be included in the database and in the registers of Admix Ltd and give their explicit consent that their personal data can be stored and used by the data controller and from contracted partners of Admix Ltd for:

Personal data provided to us in order to proceed an order is used to perform this service as well as for internal statistical information.
We process your data for the following deadlines:
Account details – up to 5 years from the date of the last online activity.
Data provided on the basis of consent – to its withdrawal, by the same means it was provided, including through the functionality of the website or by deletion. Your data on the website is also related to the comments you posted on articles and videos by which you are exercising your constitutional right to free expression in your chosen format and content. Therefore, no deadline is set after the expiry of which the processing ceases, and instead you are given the opportunity to remove the published content by exercising your rights as a data subject. The data controller has the right, on the basis of his or her third party legitimate interests to remove the content of the comment from their websites.
Data relating to the collection and verification of accounting data and accounting compliance – accounting records and financial statements, including fiscal control, auditing and subsequent financial inspection documents, are kept for 10 years from 1 January of the reporting period following the reporting period to which they relate; all other holders of accounting information – 3 years from 1 January of the reporting period following the reporting period to which they relate.
Partners and third parties to whom we provide personal data
Admix Ltd may disclose some of your shared information to its affiliates including, but not limited to, Internet Service Providers, Couriers, Accounting Agencies under Confidentiality Agreements for the purpose of performing certain activities on behalf of Admix Ltd, but without limitations – for processing and executing orders, delivering orders, analyzing data and information, providing marketing support, e-mailing proposals, surveys and analyzes. This access is necessary to fulfill our duties.
Admix Ltd will disclose your account information and other personal data when explicitly instructed by law or to protect its rights, property, and security. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations to prevent fraud. This does not include the sale, sharing or otherwise disclosure of personal data for commercial purposes other than the specified.
Your rights relating to your personal data
You have the right at any time to request from Admix Ltd access, correction or deletion (right to be forgotten) of your personal data. The right to be forgotten is not an absolute right and may not be granted in the cases provided by the law or due to a lack of proper authentication of your identity.
You also have the right to restrict the processing of personal data and to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability.
In case of any disturbances relating to your personal data you have the the right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority.
Protection of personal data
Admix Ltd recommends you to keep the confidentiality of your personal data in order to avoid unauthorized access, thus assuming that you are responsible for all actions that will be taken while using the platform / website.
In case of doubt about abuse or unauthorized access to your data, we recommend that you immediately inform us. The information provided must be correct and complete.
Admix Ltd. reserves the right to refuse access to a user, terminate a subscription and close an account. Also, access to may be temporarily suspended or restricted to support the website.
Admix Ltd. will make every effort to ensure access to the website without interruption in electronic transmission and error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet and online services, uninterrupted access and lack of errors cannot be guaranteed.

Identification of fake emails
Authentic e-mail addresses of Admix Ltd are those sent by e-mail from addresses ending at „@ admix.bg“.
Do not perform any actions incl. opening, viewing, replying, clicking, etc., when receiving information and messages from suspicious and different from the specified e-mail addresses.

Admix Ltd. may use browser data such as cookies, Flash cookies, or similar data collected through certain parts of the website to prevent fraud and for other purposes.
